Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smaller than I thought I'm a bit of a minimalist and was a bit skeptical making a purchase for a case that would add more bulk to my phone. However; active lifestyle dictated I get something to protect the phone. Haven't tested the "life proofness" of the case yet, but initial impressions were very positive. Sleek design, no impact on performance of phone (touch screen just as responsive, speaker quality just as good, etc.) with case on vs. phone by itself. Ordered one for my teenage son as well and the case seemed to have a manufacturing defect - customer support was fantastic in providing a replacement case the next day. Great customer service from Lifeproof.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from solid case Started with lifeproof case for my iphone 4, also with my 5 but tried a $20 cheap waterproof magnet case for awhile, finally on the 6 im back to lifeproof. Seems improved, ringer silencer works better then previous designs, as does fingerprint scanner (unless it's just the phone working better then 5). Big difference I found with lifeproof vs cheapo was the speakerphone, much louder through this case. I wish it had a metal plate built in, but that can easily remedied with a 3m stick on one (although not as aesthically pleasing). So far I've never done any damage to my phones and they have been definitely been exposed to the elements.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Life saver!! I love love love this case. I have used it for about 3 or 4 months and can not say enough good about it. Day I bought it turned out to be an awsome day. First day out right after I put it on I dropped it in the parking lot. Thought for sure my phone was a goner. Nope perfect condition. And today I was doing the dishes (old fashioned way) and dropped it in a sink full of water. Here I am fishing around in this sink filled with water and dirty dishes and for sure thought I was going to have to go and get a new phone. Took the wet case apart and the phone was totally dry. Works the same as always. So yes I recommend and I'm gonna buy the other colors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everywhere The best phone protector ever I have had these for my 4s5s6s I phones for past yrs , I go to the woods mushrooming it protects the phone the floater I had on 4an 5 s I phones were great I never lost my cell it floated in creeks lakes toilet an my hot tub omg even in the gulf an pacific oceans great especially if dropping it protects the cell completely especially since it is a mini laptop! I just wish floater was avail for my 6s loved it too but the fre case is perfect if your older or a kid we all drop it an this case does protect our cell phones highly suggest everyone who cares about your expensive toys get these life proof cases,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Armor plate I must say best case ever had used for almost 2 years. I work out side it has been in water to wet concrete. Thrown across a building 50 plus feet landing on a concrete floor spent 4 days lost in snow found it as I was plowing the drive never damaged. The case was getting scratched up some of the rubber was scuffed off. So I bought a new case opened the old case up set my I 6 on the hood half a minute out of the case. As I was opening the new case bumped the phone it slide off the hood screen down on asphalt &^$!!!@)&$ shattered screen. So the a lifeproof case is armor plate but until your phone is in it keep the phone over carpet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from so thankful for this case In the past, I have had both good and bad experiences with lifeproof. However, it is seemingly noticeable that they are improving each time. I have this case on my iPhone 6s and If it weren't for it, my phone would be in pieces. Just last week, I placed my phone on the back of my friends moms car, and as we were hanging out outside, her mom left... with my phone still on the back of her car. I turned on "find my iPhone" and it lead me to a highway 2 miles from my neighborhood. Turns out, my phone had been ran over multiple times yet survived it without a single scratch or speck of damage to the phone itself!! Thank you lifeproof!!!

It had been to Costa Rica hiking, Hawaii scuba diving, Grand Cayon hiking, every river in North Carolina kayaking, and every day use in my construction job! So after 3 years of HARD USE, it was still waterproof!! It was scratched and the rubber was peeling off and the buttons will warn flat but it still was waterproof and protected my phone through all the heck I’ve put it through. I take my phone out of the case and it still looks brand new. So for Christmas I bought a new case for my new three-year-old phone ! Thanks for a great product! Mike Smith

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Survives everything I've dropped this phone more times than I can count in this case and it's still fine, able to wash it and spray it down with Lysol when it fell in some nasty stuff, fallen out of my pocket riding my horse, but the big one was it surviving the 20 foot flight out my window when I rolled my truck. The phone disconnected from both the USB charger and the aux cord popped out of the adapter (which stayed safely in my phone) and landed 20 feet away from where my truck ended up and through a fence. If you want your phone to last get a lifeproof, have noticed a decrease in camera quality while in the case, but it's not terrible and still worth it to have the case.
