Type of Cover

With Product CareTM You have certainty that your product is covered for a specific period for an Eligible Fault and that you will obtain a replacement product.

Coverage for an Eligible Fault*

This may include mechanical, electrical and/or electronic failure which becomes apparent from normal use of your product over time, or involves condensation, humidity, corrosion caused by airborne sulphur, internal overheating and dust.

All freight and service call out fees covered

If your product suffers an Eligible Fault, all freight and service call out fees related to assessment, replacement or repair of your product are covered.


If you sell or gift your product with Product CareTM, your Product CareTM and any unredeemed benefits of your Product CareTM can be transferred to the new owner of your product.

Making a claim under your Harvey Norman Product CareTM is simple and we are here to help you through every step of the process.

  2. Have your original purchase receipt handy to register the details of your claim
  3. Your product will be assessed and if it fails to operate as a result of an Eligible Fault*, you will be entitled to a replacement of your product.

This includes a limitation of the value of the replacement product plus any freight costs associated with the replacement that shall not exceed the Original Purchase Price you paid for Your Product.
