Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always happy with OtterBox Purchases Got this case for new phone one month ago. Was worried about it being thinner and not being as "beefy" as the defender series. I am happy with it so far. My son watches my phone when we grocery shop to keep him busy and has dropped it a couple of times, and phone and case show no sign of damage. Very happy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quality has gone down over time I have been a loyal otterbox advocate and have noticed in the most recent years that the commuter series seems so cheap. The case easily scratches and feels as if it does not protect the device.

It doesn’t this is after I bought the symmetry with pop lock which also didn’t work. So now I have 2 otter box cases that were recommended by otter box that don’t work. So no I don’t recommend if you intend to use the apple wireless charger.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Feels different from previous symmetry cases I'm a long time Otterbox fan. To the point in which I haven't owned any other type of phone case in years. I recently upgraded my phone to an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I've owned other max/pro sized models before and had a symmetry case on them. This case feels thinner and less durable. the rubber around the charging port is malleable and prone to tear. I'm disappointed because I trust Otterbox, but I feel like the quality of this series of cases is questionable.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order.
