Great Products - Great Customer Service
Recently upgraded to an iPhone 11 Pro and, of course, I needed a new OtterBox protective case. As with my last 4 iPhones I chose OtterBox because of the outstanding fit and protection it offers.
For me the Symmetry Series case offers the best functional and no-frills appearance at the best price.
No damage to my iPhone 10 during multiple clumsy handed drops, sometimes to a concrete driveway or out of my shirt pocket so I anticipate the same great protection for the iPhone 11. As much as these phones cost today the fair price paid for the OtterBox case is worth the long term protection I have received and expect to receive.

Attractive and functional
I had originally planned to get one of the cases with the integrated popsocket, but I'm glad I went this route! The case is thin and unobtrusive but feels sturdy. It's smooth, but not slippery, so it goes in and out of pockets without issue. The buttons are responsive, and, overall, this is a well-made case. Yes, the rubber part of the case does temporarily pick up some color from your jeans, which is not ideal (I got the case in yellow), but it comes off, and the smooth plastic portion of the case isn't discolored. I have not tested its protection ability by dropping my phone, yet, and I hope I never will... but... it seems like it should do the job. I'd love for a case like this to have the all-around protection the defender does, but protection without bulk is my preference right now.

Downgrade From Previous Version
Had a Symmetry 3 years ago for my IPhone 7 Plus. 3 years later I purchase the new iPhone 11 Pro Max so I choose the same case since the last case was so durable and protected my phone so well. When the new case arrived I noticed it did not have the flap on the bottoms of the case to cover the charging port. This was a major disappointment since that is a downgrade in my opinion of protecting my phone. So I protect my phone with a case and now am vulnerable to dirt getting in the charging port.

Best Otterbox I've Bought Thus Far
love the color, the case and sleekness. it makes the green iPhone 11 max look like a Tiffany blue one and is absolutely the best looking case I have seen out there for them, LOVE THIS ONE! I hope they keep making it next year for future models.
