Great device and a greater customer service
This is a first apple product in the house, so it's not really a comparative review. But the device is impressive overall and more impressive was the customer service by the Harvey Norman. The purchase was done online and it was a very speedy, hassle free experience especially around the Corona situation. Coming back to the product, very sturdy (bought it for a 7 year old) with the appropriate cover. Fantastic battery life, smooth operating system. We are still getting used to the new system (icloud) as we mainly used the android devices but that's our own experience. So far so good. Thanks.

It is really durable. Perfect for uni. It’s light weight so easy to carry in a bag and has enough storage to hold even the most ridiculous textbooks or applications. It is compatible with the Apple pen and keyboards which makes it super versatile for any activity

An amazing product. Smooth web searching, a large screen for easy viewing as well as less strain on the eyes and a long battery life (around 8 hours give or take).
Apple knows how to make a tablet. Very sturdy too… but I’d recommend getting a case and/or a screen protector just in case as well.

Great Service Team
