Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light and Compact I bought this a month ago and love the size as well as the lightness of the computer. I always buy Macs and I'm extremely happy with this one. The one thing I would say is that I don't know if I'm a fan of the smart tab bar (it does use up power energy) and I do find I need to charge my laptop quite frequently.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Online service The staff in your Chadstone store were excellent and very helpful. Your online service needs work. There is no ‘phone number to call. The online call Centre person repeated policy but could not answer my question. Your website is misleading re how long it takes to get product. People are understanding of delays if they know about it. You need to be more transparent about how long products take to arrive. Do not have 3 to 4 days when there is no possibility of anything arriving during that time period. Having a extra link that then deviates from initial info re tinefrane, is inappropriate, I needed to know how long it would take before I completed my order not afterwards. However, as I said. Service in your stores is wonderful. I will not be using your online service again but will use your instore service. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
