Rated 4 out of 5 by from No wheels. This freestanding oven performs as it should. The hobs under the ceramic cover heat quickly and cool down quickly. The oven heats quickly, and has a good number of functions. The steam cleaning function is very welcome. It is good that the control knobs are at the front of the oven. I would have given it 5 stars but for two things. (1) I would have preferred the box-like splashback, as we had on our previous Beko freestanding oven. That provided an optional place upon which to stand a salt pig and/or a cutting board. (2) I had thought the oven would have rear wheels to assist with manipulation into place and out again for exterior cleaning, etc.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works well, but a bit flaky We have had this for a few years. It's generally worked well, however ours does have a few issues. The clock/interface is glitchy, and will occasionally reset randomly when pushing a button, and sometimes just won't work at all until we turn it on and off again. We also had an issues with the knobs, where the metal surface started flaking off, leaving sharp bits that we were cutting our hands on. They replaced one knob and then couldn't get the part for another, so replaced our entire oven which was interesting, but surprisingly good service. We haven't had any of the metal flake off on the new oven yet, so fingers crossed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Creates steam that vents out the top of oven The oven looks great, it is the same white as other appliances, the storage drawer is handy. The oven works well and the hob elements are good. Inside the oven, there are grill tray supports that slide out on each side – it’s a bit annoying that it automatically slides out each time you open the door. The only reason I have given this oven 2 stars rather than 4 or 5 is because it creates a lot of moisture and steam when cooking in the oven – the steam is vented through the top which creates moisture that needs to be cleaned during and after use. The steam means you need to cook (using the oven) with a vent fan on. The backsplash gets wet from the moisture, which is not ideal.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Avoid the ceramic hotplates. The hotplates seem to have one major issue. You can't actually control the temperature as they are either on or off and don't allow proportional control. That means even if you use a low setting the hotplates turn from fully on to fully off and vary the on/off time. If I had known this at the time I would have bought a different stove as it leads to burning as you rely on the thermal mass to smooth out the temperature changes. The solid hotplates would be a far better choice. Absolutely terrible design although to be fair all ceramic hotplates might work this way as it is probably easier to make them. Gas is a far better option as you can at least reduce the amount of heat. I haven't tried the oven as yet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from sufficient but at least not ugly Bought this stove when our old one died and it was too soon to renovate kitchen and make any final decisions about stove. So this was entry level and in my opinion much better looking than the older style ones that we all grew up with. Not very intuitive with the control panel - but an easy reset option is to turn it off for a few minutes and back on - then reset the clock... to my mind you get what you pay for but this does seem to be totally sufficient and not ugly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best little stove I love my new stove and find it very easy to use. Cleaning is a breeze. Only constructive comment I would like to make is partly due to the location of my stove in my kitchen it is that it is nearly impossible to see the location of the rings on top until they are glowing. Which means I need to turn them on and wait to see before I can put the pot on over the centre on the rings correctly. A more clear marking of these would be very helpful. I have had ceramic tops in the past and the rings were clear to see before the elements were turned on. Otherwise I love it. :) I would certainly recommend this unit to my friends and have done so. I believe it's value for money compared to other stoves I have had in all my 75 years. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my Beko Stove Love the appearance it’s very smart. The controls are easy to read and the timer excellent. I haven’t used the ceramic top much but it seems quite responsive and power saving as the hot plate retains heat for a long time. Love the exact layout warning for hot plates. The oven is very good I have used it for making tray bakes but CookI haven’t baked in it yet as am recovering from a cataract operation and not back to my normal cooking schedule. Can’t wait to bake cakes and pastry. I can say it is a very good stove for the price and exceeds my expectations. I am happy with it and would recommend it to anyone who needs a 60cm top upright stove. Most upright stoves these days use an enormous amount of power which this doesn't. All in all well done Beko.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product This stove has come up Trump's for me, I love the solid elements , so easy to clean if there are any spills, and having the controls along the front rather than leaning over when there's something cooking is a no brainer. The oven heat and element controls are spot on too. I only have one little gripe and that's the draw at the bottom, I find it a bit awkward to open and I think could be improved by putting a handle on it so it's easier to pull out. All in all a wonderful stove and I'm loving it, thankyou.
