Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this product Absolutely loving this machine, the 12KG drum has really leveled up our washing since upgrading from a 7KG unit - the drum is HUGE so less loads, fits all our king size sheets & covers in one load now (also matched this with a 10KG dryer, so all around less time getting our washing clean and dry - plus the pair look so good). The WIFI is super handy, notifies us when the washing is done, when the doors open, lets you know when it needs more detergent, and lets us customize the cycles. Highly recommend this unit!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Time saver in the laundry means more me time I previously had a 8kg washing machine from Beko and upgraded to the 12kg model. The capacity is great which means I do less loads now. I really like the fact that I can do a half load cottons cycle in only 58mins if I choose the Fast Option. I still often use the 28min program too so I can get all my washing done fast but with great cleaning results. Another feature I love that I didn't have in the previous model is the Wifi Connectivity. We have a two storey house so a lot of the time I'm upstairs and don't hear the washing finish. I now can an alert on my phone or watch to tell me the load is finished and can go down and hang it out. I also noticed that the machine seems very stable when during the spin cycle and a lot less noisy than my previous machine. It's fantastic, well done Beko.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous 12kg machine! What a great machine! All the features you’d expect of a high quality machine. Washed so well, has many great cycle options and is so quiet. Love the light inside. If I had to pick on something, it would be the drum size. While it’s still large, it’s the same size as my last two 10kgs which is a shame being a 12kg machine. Apart from that, it’s pretty much perfect and I’m very happy with my purchase.

The wash cycles are efficient, it runs quietly, and the build quality feels solid. It’s everything I was looking for in a washing machine — simple, effective, and affordable. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality appliance without breaking the bank!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well worth buying I have found this machine suitable for all kinds of washing as well as just "freshening up" items which in our Queensland environment tend to be a bit musty when stored for a while. I'm impressed by its capacity and intelligent sensing, making washing simpler. Clothes turn out very clean and the shirt function has been great to completely eliminate ironing.

Washing options are not too difficult, and the optional downloadable programs is great. Power and water usage is great for a 12kg machine. Use day & night with young kids. Only critique is getting remote access to work was abit tricky for non tech savvy customers.

Rubber seal holds water that causes mould and needs to be wiped out daily, even though door is left open between washes. Very disappointing and dissatisfied with the machine

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish upgrade I have updated from a previous version of this, I like the auto dose function. But I feel it may use to much fabric softener, in saying this the option to not use auto dose or the fabric softener works well as well. Same quality clean as older washers!
