Rated 3 out of 5 by from LG washing machine An excellent front loader washing machine. Quiet and efficient. Until some part fails. Like the door lock solenoid!! Ours failed after 18 months. The result was that wet washing was trapped inside for as long as it took for the repair man to schedule a visit. I’m our case that was 2 days. What if the clothing trapped inside was required immediately for say your child’s graduation? You can’t get it out. I don’t expect parts to never fail. What I think should have been canvassed by LG designers is a solution to this problem when it does occur. If wet clothing is stuck inside the washing machine for a longer period it could end up being ruined.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The New LG Vibrator I bought this 4 months ago and it is the worst machine we have bought, the vibration is terrible,we bought anti-vibration feet for it and they did nothing,we ended up making up brackets to hold it in one place. The programs on the machine are terrible, we weren't told we could only have 2 kg of clothing on the 30-minute cycle and out of all the programs there are only 2 that will take the 9kg of clothing. If we were told this we would have never bought this machine. WORST DECISION WE EVER MADE AND WILL NEVER RECOMEND LG AGAIN.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LG Series 5 9KG My recent purchase was an upgrade from a top loader. So far I can say I am quite happy with my purchase. I am happy with the overall quality of the wash as my clothes definitely come out cleaner than my old washing machine. I would like if it the option to just do a quick spin and also have found it is better to use the quick wash cycle so you don't have to wait over 3 hours for a single wash on the cotton cycle. I have also found the spin cycle makes me feel like my washing machine is about to take off and my whole house shakes if I use it on anything over 800rpm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Capacity, Great Wash, Great Features [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this washing machine for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier. The numerous wash cycles are pretty much perfect but having the ability to increase or reduce spin cycles or otherwise modify a given cycle provides the ideal flexibility for a family. One small but useful feature is the tune the machine plays when the wash is finished, notifying us it is time to hang the washing out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WINNER ! - Washer Wifi and gives finish messages. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new LG washing machine. So many wash options. The machine has various steam options and heats it's own water for hot washes when I need it. It has 2 fast wash options and 1 is a Turbo Clean. It also has a Tub Wash option to give my machine a good clean. You can adjust water heat and spin levels. I linked to my home Wifi and I get messages to advise me when the wash is finished. This is a great option especially when working from home and can't hear the machine downstairs. It also does a great wash. Very happy customer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cycles take too long! I purchased this a few months back and finally had it installed. The cycles are way too long, for example the recommended towel cycle is 3hours and 34 mins. Unless you use the easy care cycle intended for 4kg and taking 1hr39 its a waste of time. Also after using a top loader LG 10kg this machine only takes two thirds of that. Would be great for two people but with a family forget it. Def not recommended for families. I choose this product because I have the pump dryer which in compassion is excellent. But regret purchasing this.

Moving from a top loader to a front wasn’t easy for us, but this one ticked all the boxes and we’re converted. Being able to download programs is great and it pings your phone when the wash is done. Love the Google Assistant function. Highly recommended

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely hate it ! Purchased yesterday to replace my LG 7.5kg top loader.. Cycles are way too long , 2 hours for an Eco cotton cycle ! And only 2 cycles that are actually 9kg cycles. Most cycles are maximum load of 4kg or less ! And didn't get me started on the constant start , stop, start , stop, and banging of the water pipes in the house now..
