NO MORE COLD WINTER NIGHTS - EXCELLENT VALUE!
Excellent product and definitely value for money, this electric blanket exceeded my expectations and also keeps the wife warm at night, no more cold winter nights in bed! The fact that it has zoned heating for both the upper body and the feet is of great benefit, which means you can use either one or both at the same time. The blanket is warm and fleecy and also fits perfectly on the mattress, it stays in place and doesn't move or bunch up while your sleeping. The 9 heat settings are more than ample, we find that level 4 is a comfortable setting for most nights and the auto-off (timer) feature is simply fantastic which you can just set and forget. The push button temperature and timer adjustments on the control are displayed in red digits making it easy to see at night without fumbling in the dark. Best investment I've made!!

Toasty and comfortable
I chose this specific electric blanket due to others reviews on its functionality and comfort and it absolutely delivers in all areas. The ability to decide where heat can be distributed around the bed is great (body or feet) and the controls are discreet with simple button options that don’t shine too brightly. Also having various timer options is really handy so that you can control exactly how long you would like the blanket to extend its warmth.

Best choice
This is the only split (body & feet) Electric blanket that i could find. It has a nice soft/padded layer that you cant feel the coils.
I only get cold feet so sleep with the feet on 1 on a 8h timer. My partner doesnt use it as men are usually more toasty so it works perfect. I found the full body electric blankets got too warm even on 1 and sometimes my partner would complain the bed was too hot also. This is a great compromise! Wait for it to go on sale, we got the super king for $305 which is just as expensive as the non-split sunbeam ones.

Great features
I have had this electric blanket for a month & it is one of my best purchases ever. So suits us as a couple as I get hot & my husband is always cold. The fact that he can keep his feet warm all night is such a bonus as he has very poor circulation. It is also so comfortable on the bed like floating on a cloud. Love love love

Doesn't fit over a deep mattress.
The electric blanket is great and the foam overlay makes it very comfortable. I took off a star because the fitted sheet part that tucks under the mattress needs to be deeper - 50cm at least. It doesn't fit over a deep pillowtop mattress.

So comfy and warm!
I love this so far. The quilted blanket is very comfy as you don't feel any wires. It fits my Queen bed perfectly. The timer settings and 9 different heat settings are great.

Very Comfortable
Fits well & very comfortable. Timer is ok, would be perfect if it was able to select the On time also.
But good to be able to choose how long to have it on for. Would have to be using less power, as my old blanket would stay on till you reached around to turn off. Not feeling anything under my elbow is a big plus for me as well. Very happy with this one

Don't buy if you want warmth
Unfortunately we have just bought this product, thank goodness for sale price of 40% off as not worth full price. 60watts per side means this blanket will only take the chill off your bed, and needs to be at the highest setting of "9" to get even that - it seems that low watts are now the norm for electric blankets. Annoying foot and body controls that both re-set to "5" when you turn it on, and the controls do not indicate when "timed out" so you can switch it to the "off" setting.

Thanks for your question Sharon. It's possible, provided you use it safely and avoid placing the blanket directly against the foam. To be sure though, best to check your mattress warranty. If using, always use a layer technique so the blanket is not in direct contact with the mattress, don't sleep directly on the heating elements, and avoid leaving the blanket on to prevent damaging the memory foam. ^CO

can this electric blanket be placed under a mattress topper?
Good question, it should not be placed under a mattress topper. It is designed to be used directly on top of the mattress and underneath the fitted sheet, as placing a topper over or under it can trap heat and create an overheating risk, which goes against the manufacturer’s safety instructions.

Can this electric blanket be safely used on an adjustable bed?
Hi Kristel, according to Bambury’s official safety instructions for the Premium Electric Blanket, it should not be used on an adjustable bed, as movement of the bed can cause the cord or heating elements to become caught, bent, or damaged, creating a safety hazard. This restriction is stated in the manufacturer’s instruction manual and applies even though some sizes are marketed to fit adjustable or split beds; the safety guidance in the manual takes priority.
