We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. Why do you say the mattress is made in NZ but under the Specs say China,? Why do you say traditional tempur spring system in the mattress if it is made by Sleepmaker, who is different company. I am confused.

Hi there. We are sorry for any confusion. Thank you for being this to our attention. The mattress is definitely made here in New Zealand by a New Zealand company called Sleepmaker. The base only is made in China. Hope this helps

Hi there. Thanks for your query. The mattress height is 250mm. The dimensions for the base is L 2030 x W 1070 x H 190 mm. The combined height is 440mm. Hope this helps with your query.

Is there a maximum weight for this bed? is there allowances for grab rails to be attached to it?
