Does the camera have a "Date & Time" setting?
Does it have a "cable" to plug into computer to download pictures or do you have to use Wi-Fi?

Great question Carolyn! When you power on for the first time, the date/time zone setting screen will appear, allowing you to set for the device screen. You can also set this to append to images through the settings. The camera does not come with an interface cable as most people have these from older models, or other devices. WiFi can be used as an alternative if available. Hope this helps! ^CO

Hi. Is it easy to switch over into manual operation on this camera?

Great question Midz. Yes, you can set the dial to M for manual exposure shots, allowing you to set both shutter speed and aperture manually. There are also several detailed guides which offer greater control in the instructions included with the unit, such as brightness correction, contrast, and lens correction, depending on your use case.
