Type of Cover

Coverage for an Eligible Fault*
This may include mechanical, electrical and/or electronic failure which becomes apparent from normal use of your product over time, or involves condensation, humidity, corrosion caused by airborne sulphur, internal overheating and dust.
All freight and service call out fees covered

I've just tried setting my frame up and although the Frameo connection is working, it doesn't seem to be able to connect to a USB flash drive. It says there is no external device connected. I've tried 2 different flash drives with the same problem.

What is the aspect ratio of the displayed photos?

Another great question Julie! The aspect ratio is 3:2 but the frame can rescale each image to display any aspect ratio without cropping nad has a large array of display settings. Trust this helps!

I know the frame can only be used in landscape mode, but will it display portrait photos?

Great question Julie! The frame can be used in both landscape and portrait modes. It has an adjustable stand at the back to accommodate this. The frame can auto rotate any images that are in the alternate orientation and auto fill to match. It also can fit the image to frame which blurs the space either side to fit current frame orientation. Trust this helps!

How much storage / how many photos can be stored on the frame?

Thanks for your question Kate. The unit itself doesn't feature internal storage and needs to be connected to a media device, such as a memory card, external HD (via micro-USB connection), or the Frameo app via WiFi connection for slideshow display. Hope this helps!

Can the frame be mounted on the wall?

Thanks for your question. The photo frame is designed to be placed on a surface, like a wall cabinet or desk. It can not be hung on a wall. There is a noticeable hole on the back of the device, however this is the on/off button. I hope this helps with your query.

Thanks for your question. This product does have a USB port for Flash Drive media support, however, is not able to support external hard drives on this frame. Please contact your closest local Harvey Norman store directly, and they can provide some recommendations for Frames with this feature.
