5. Customer is eligible to submit one entry per invoice for The Promotion.

9. The prizes are courtesy of Mastercard in conjunction with Harvey Norman Stores (NZ) Pty Ltd.

10. The winning invoice entry must be settled in full prior to the redemption of The Prize.

11. The winner must be over the age of 18 years and reside at a New Zealand address to enter this competition.

12. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

13. The Prize must be taken on the dates specified by the promoter. The winner will need to be in a position to travel to Auckland on Tuesday 30th March and return on Friday 2nd April 2021.

14. If a customer order is cancelled, the customer’s entry will be removed from the Competition.

15. The Promoter will validate the transaction and reserves all rights to sight the Mastercard used on the winning transaction.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the Winner provide suitable identification with proof of age, address and identity prior to awarding the Prize.

17. The draw for The Prize will take place at Harvey Norman Head Office, 72 Cavendish Drive, Manukau City, Auckland on Thursday 4th March, 2021.

18. The Prize winner will be notified by phone.

19. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to notify the winner by phone. All prizes must be claimed by responding within 7 days of the prize draw.

20. In the event that the winner cannot attend The Prize, it will be considered forfeited and The Prize will be re-drawn.

21. A re-draw for any unclaimed Prize will take place within 10 days of the competition closing at the offices of Harvey Norman Stores (NZ) PTY Ltd, 72 Cavendish Drive, Manukau, Auckland.

22. The winner and the travelling companion must obtain travel insurance at their cost for the duration of the trip and, if required, provide evidence of such insurance to the Promoter prior to departure.

23. The winner will be solely responsible for their travelling companion, including ensuring that they understand and adhere to all relevant terms and conditions of this Promotion.

24. The winner must agree to their name, region and photo being published on www.harveynorman.co.nz and in any other marketing material produced by The Promoter, and to any publicity The Promoter requires as part of receiving the prize. The winner agrees to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose, without compensation.

25. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage, whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with The Prize.

26. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

27. The Promotion is not open to employees of Harvey Norman Stores (N.Z.) Pty Ltd, their immediate families and Mastercard employees.

28. Entry into The Promotion is deemed as consent to these terms and conditions, and as consent to use the prize winner's name and photograph for any publicity associated with this promotion.

29. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

30. The winner of the campaign must have a current valid Mastercard throughout their trip to Auckland.

31. Winners and/or guests shall not, while using any Peter Burling and Blair Tuke tickets or related experiences, display or publicize any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights) or reflects negatively upon Peter Burling and Blair Tuke. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that any breach of this clause will cause significant damage and loss to Peter Burling and Blair Tuke.

32. The Promoter may pass personal information relating to prize winners to Peter Burling and Blair Tuke for the purposes of monitoring the distribution and use of tickets and related experiences and, in the event of a suspected breach of any terms and conditions, rules or regulations relating to the use of such tickets and/or experiences, investigating and taking action against such winners.

33. This promotion is run by the Promoter with the permission of Peter Burling and Blair Tuke. Accordingly, the Promoter is responsible for the operation of and all matters and concerns relating to the promotion, not Peter Burling and Blair Tuke or any other persons, all of whom shall not be responsible for or liable to entrants in any way whatsoever in connection with this promotion.

34. Federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are winners’ sole responsibility. Limit one (1)prize per person, immediate family member or household.

35. All prize details, including, without limitation, the exact nature and duration of the tickets or related experiences, will be determined by the company running this promotion (“the Sponsor”) in its sole discretion. Prize must be taken on date(s) specified by the Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received, if time permits.

36. Actual value of prize will vary depending on winner’s city of departure and final travel requirements and activities; any difference in value will not be awarded.

37. If any prize-related activity(s) is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the balance of the prize or to award an alternate prize of equal or greater value in full satisfaction of prize award.

38. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation.

39. Released Parties are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. If any prize-related activity(s) is cancelled or postponed for any reason, before or after tickets or related experiences arrangements are made, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the balance of the prize or to award an alternate prize of equal or greater value in full satisfaction of prize award.

40. If, for any reason whatsoever, winner and/or guest are unable to participate in the tickets or related experiences after all related arrangements have been made, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to winner and/or guest and no alternate winner will be selected.

41. Prize and prize elements may not be separated or redeemed for cash.

42. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary, must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, and are responsible for obtaining and possessing all required valid photo ID and travel documents prior to and during travel, including, but not limited to, valid passports/visas (if required).

43. Exact details of the onsite activities, including but not limited to date, time, location and duration are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Itinerary and program elements are at the discretion of Mastercard and are subject to change. Winner and guest agree to comply with all applicable venue and/or hotel rules and regulations in connection with the prize.

44. The Sponsor and the applicable onsite representatives reserve the right in their sole discretion to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person during the prize experience. Winner and guest will be escorted out of the hotel, venue and/or any other prize aspect by Sponsor, the applicable onsite representatives or their designated agent(s) for improper conduct and/or violation of federal, state or local laws (including, but not limited to, the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs and unlawful drug paraphernalia) and, in the case of any such infraction, Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner, and winner and his/her guest will forfeit the balance of prize.

45. Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any elements of the prize.

46. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, and in connection with the prize, additional air and ground transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, airline luggage charges, incidentals, upgrades, insurance, service charges and other miscellaneous travel expenses are winner’s sole responsibility.

47. Prize winner and companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.

48. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of a prize (or portion thereof) will be permitted, except by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, due to prize unavailability or other causes otherwise determined solely by the Sponsor, and then for a prize (or applicable portion) of equal or greater value.

49. The product and services purchased to enter this Promotion are provided solely by Harvey Norman, under such terms and conditions as determined by Harvey Norman, and Mastercard accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such products and services.
