1. The promoter is Tempur Australia & New Zealand Pty Ltd ACN 125 907 708, with its registered office at 27c Timberly Road, Mangere, Auckland Airport New Zealand.

2. The promotion is open to customers who have purchased a Tempur New Zealand Queen size mattress or above from Harvey Norman New Zealand between the dates 02/11/2021 and 31/12/2021.

3. Employees and their direct family members and anyone otherwise connected with Tempur Australia and Tempur New Zealand are exempt from entering the competition.

4. Each Tempur New Zealand mattress purchase of Queen size or above will entitle the participant to one entry in the competition. There can be one submission per Tempur New Zealand mattress purchased.

5. Entry to be made in store by filling in your details on the reverse of this form at the time of purchase.

6. The competition will run from 02/11/2021 to 31/12/2021, any entries received outside of these days will not be considered as valid and ineligible to win the competition. The winner will be notified by 20/01/2022.

7. One winner will be selected to win the major prize – a summit experience at University of Canterbury, Mt John Observatory to the value of $5,000.00. It is New Zealand’s ultimate mountaintop stargazing experience at the world-renowned astronomical centre, Mt John Observatory. Immerse yourself in the stunning surrounds, pristine night skies and sophisticated viewing technologies as our expert guides share the science and stories of our Southern Skies. The Summit Experience operates in all weather conditions and the nature of the terrain on Mount John dictates a certain level of fitness. You need to be confident walking 100 meters on a gravel incline and be able to climb a couple of steps in the dark. If Weather conditions prevent us from taking you outdoors (eg. cloud cover or inclement weather) you’ll learn about our southern skies from our purpose-built technological and interactive venue.

It is a self-drive package for 2 people from Queenstown to Mt John Observatory Tekapo which includes:

8. New Zealand residents only, must be 18 years or older to enter this competition.

9. Tempur Australia and Tempur New Zealand reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice.

10. Tempur Australia and Tempur New Zealand shall not be liable to perform any of our obligations under the competition or in respect of the prize where we are unable to do so due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and whilst we may (but are not obligated to) endeavour to provide an alternative prize of equal value, we shall not be liable to compensate you in such circumstances.

11. A valid invoice must be submitted with the entry for the entry to be deemed as eligible to enter the competition.

12. Tempur Australia and Tempur New Zealand are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition (e.g., retailers).

13. The winner will be notified by email & phone call on 20/01/2022, the winner must acknowledge their winning status to redeem their prize, if the winner cannot be contacted or does not acknowledge their winning status within 14 days of notification, Tempur Australia and Tempur New Zealand reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

14. Tempur Australia and Tempur New Zealand decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.

15. This Agreement does not create any right or benefit enforceable by any person not a party to it.

16. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of the whole or any part of the Terms does not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of the Terms.

17. All entries remain the property of Harvey Norman Stores (NZ) Pty Ltd. All personal information will be collected and stored by Harvey Norman Stores (NZ) Pty Ltd in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. Entrants’ personal information may be used to conduct this competition. Harvey Norman Stores (NZ) Pty Ltd may pass the winner’s contact details to the Promoter, and/or to the Promoter’s agency which may use the winner’s contact details for the purpose of rewarding the prize and administering this competition as set out in these Terms & Conditions.
