Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does NOT work on Windows laptops This product's physical box, and the page on Belkin web site says "...compatible with USB-C PC/Mac, USB-C laptops/MacBooks, USB-C tablets, USB-C smartphones, and with Mac, Windows, Chrome, Linux operating systems." This does NOT work on my LG Gram running W11. And Belkin support says the text on both is wrong, that it only works on a few devices, the ones listed in the "tested on" list below the incorrect statement. They said that really means "only works on," and that the packaging and website both are in error/need updating. So, back to the store I go after owning this useless thing for just 30 minutes!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cool tool to have [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the USB-C + charger adapter from Influenster for my honest review and it is such a simple hack for me. I’m always carrying multiple chargers around and this allows me to charge my iPad and use it at the same time. It’s pretty bulky but I don’t mind. I did not receive the one that allows you to hook up to the Ethernet but regardless, it’s a pretty good tool to have!! For the techy people, you could probably hook up a second monitor if it uses a C plug/adapter . Cool little hack. Sleek design and easy to put away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very useful when WiFi isn’t good [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This usb-c to Ethernet combination adapter a recharger is perfect for my needs. My Apple air doesn’t have an Ethernet port and relies on WiFi usually. When WiFi is really bad this gives me the flexibility to use a c port to plug it in to Ethernet. It says it can transfer up to 1000 mbps but mine is bogged down to 300 and it works well enough. You can use this to recharge as well - off the same Ethernet plug. Pretty handy.

And the added charging port ensures that you will be able to keep using the usb port taken up by the adapter itself. Definitely something everyone should have in their desk or travel bag just in case.

I was able to plug in both an Ethernet and charging cable without any issues. My internet speed was much faster (download speed improved by 140 mbps, and upload speed improved by 200 mbps) when using the Ethernet cord, which is really nice considering that my MacBook doesn’t have an Ethernet port. I’m excited to be able to have fast internet and charge my Mac at the same time!!
