Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Good I have had Acer before with no trouble but this one firstly does not have a finger print reader as shown on the display model and in the photo. After 3 days of use the fan started making a very loud noise and hot air was blowing out the back, then I got the dreaded blue screen. The volume although I had it turned up was not working properly and I could hardly hear any audio. Very frustrating for a new laptop which I had to return.

It is easy to use, light in weight and has all the necessary "lights and buzzers" needed for general computer use. The keyboard is comfortable to use and the screen resolution is good for web surfing etc. Not being a gamer, I cannot rate that aspect of the screen. This is my second Acer computer and both are 5 star units.
