Rated 5 out of 5 by from Upgrading your technology equipment Early December I purchased a Lenovo i7 desktop computer including Microsoft 365 software, Logi key board and carry bag from Harvey Norman Alderman Drive Henderson. The store proprietor provided personal assistance in my purchase decisions. I received valuable support from all the staff who assisted me in selecting the right equipment to match my needs. I am delighted with my purchase in particular the operating speed of the Lenovo. I have shopped at this store previously however I was appreciative of the help in purchasing product for which I required specific knowledge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant Customer Service! Awesome customer service. We phoned our local HN to see if they had a certain item in stock. We were told that stock had arrived just 10 minutes earlier. They sent us an invoice to pay via email and as soon as I had paid they called me straight back and said payment received and we can pick it up when we are ready. Fantastic personal service. Haven't stopped raving about it!

Wake up mode good. Had to keep resetting the screen brightness , but it no longer defaults. Overall great laptop for my needs

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Price for a windows machine. Great price for this laptop. Decided to go with this one due to SSD type, and RAM as well as being an intel + windows machine. I have not confirmed but it looks like the SSD and RAM may be updateable as well.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock.
