Rated 2 out of 5 by from Usually love this item but...... I ALWAYS order this item, in both black and white and color, but this time I ran out of ink in about 3 or 4 days! I hardly even had the chance to print stuff out! I printed out a couple of bank statements and didn't even get to use it for my work! This has happened once before, I'm not sure if I want to take the chance and order again or not? I selected the "I RECOMMEND" button because usually I would recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP is Top Notch My office printer ran out of ink and I was in panic mode trying to find the ink at my local retailers. Since I failed at finding anything similar or exact to what I needed, I searched online and found HP had a window popup from my printer stating, "BUY ONLINE". I was a bit hesitant at first, but decided it was my only choice. After using HP's tools to find my ink quickly, I realized they had overnight shipping and was I surprised at how affordable it was. I completed my purchase that evening and found the package delivered the next morning. I can personally say I was impressed with the service and quality and would recommend HP to anyone. They've earned my business and trust for life!

Shipping was pretty fast and delivery came in just a few days but I only printed 3/4 of the documents before I ran out of ink again! Why doesn’t the description say how many pages a cartridge should print?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeps Old Printer Working Like New I'm glad I can still get HP Original Ink Cartridges for my old printer! I don't print very much, but when I do the old printer does a great job. The ink lasts me for a year or two, and whenever I replace the cartridge it prints as good as new! I previously had a different brand of printer and the print head got clogged up from low use. I THINK the print head is part of the cartridges for my HP printer, so replacing the ink cartridge fixes any problem if it does get clogged. But I've always felt as if I've used up my money's worth of ink before the cartridges need to be replaced.
