The one in the printer runs out I put in my spare and order a new spare . A few days later a new spare shows up at my door. A couple of minutes out of my life, The alternative call or go to stores to find out they are OUT OF STOCK .Or my other time waster go on line to search for the fun surprises -Wrong product sent ,A refill sent as new , it never shows up and endless calls to get the charges removed or another product shipped . Like I said EASY PEASY place order, it shows up ,it is the right new factory product, use repeat .The mundane stays mundane..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from printed 4 pages and the printer started giving me an error message. Ive had it. I have tried reinstalling the cartridge more than 30 times, restarted, turned totally off, you name it, couldnt make it work even following all kinds of instructions from the printer or your website. Defective is my only idea. my printer is almost new, barely use it. meant to be compatible with the 63xl. cant think of something else. My money is in the process of being refunded and we will try it again with a new one. in the meantime ive been wasting 2 weeks of time and have been needing to go print somewhere else making it a problem for us.

I bought the wrong dang cartridges, and didn't find out why they weren't working until I'd opened two of them! I purchased cartridges marked "63" because my printer shows up with that number in my printing center... but once I looked inside the physical printer, I discovered that I needed "61" cartridges. Extra confusing because they're the same form factor. Why not make more universal cartridges, if the form factor is the same? I'm really bummed about this big waste of money.

I was a first time buyer of new ink for my printer but could not find the printer mentioned on your web site as to how to open it to place it in. I have a brand new 3830. Finally found something that came apart so I could get in there but space was small and hands athreptic so got it in caddywampus and had to wait two weeks for son-in-law to come to my rescue so was without printer a long time. would I recommend to a friend. Not the printer! Ink seems fine.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock.
