In 2000s there was so many others that I tried a different brand. It was the worse mistake I could have made. Ink spilled and destroyed my work!! I’ll never buy anything other than HP brand again! HP knows what they are doing. HP are the experts when it comes to ink & printers! I made my wedding announcement with my HP & colors were brilliant our faces were so true and live that we may have jump out of the pic!! Lots of compliments too. People wanted a referral to a professional company but I explained get you a HP printer & ink. By the year 2014 very cost effective.

I never need to worry about getting a "bad batch", and I always receive the ink very timely and in great shape. Thank you HP!

They gave me the next business day delivery for free! I am happy with how quickly I received my order. I’m happy with how easy it was to figure out which specific cartridges I needed. Also, they sent me a postage paid envelope to start saving the used cartridges. I love that I can easily recycle them by dropping them in the mail! I will order again!

I was very pleased with your web site information listed on the printer. Ordering the same via said web site was so easy and handy. The only issue I had with all this is that the shipping time was quite lengthy, I thought. But it is what it is, So pleased with the quality of the replacement cartridges and trust the same will last for some time. thanks so much for your assistance.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store.
