Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wrong cartridge recommended! The wrong cartridge was recommended for my printer by your on-line service. It was the first time I had bought a cartridge and I relied on the on-line system to recommend a cartridge that would fit my printer. The recommended cartridge arrived promptly by courier. But when my ink ran out and I went to put the new cartridge in I discovered it was completely the wrong one and I had to go to a local cartridge store to get the correct cartridge that would fit my printer. Your on-line service knew my printer model and still recommended the wrong cartridge - not impressed! I now have a wasted cartridge that hasn't been used that I have paid for as a result.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not entirely satisfied I had great difficulty getting my new printer to connect for the auto delivery of ink. So I ordered ink on my own just to have it on hand. After I received the ordered inks, my printer finished connecting and started the Instant Ink plan. When my color cartridge needed replacing, I first used the ink cartridge I purchased separate from the Instant ink plan. However, I was not able to remotely print anything until I replaced that cartridge with the one that came from the Instant Ink plan. So now I have a full wanted set of color and black ink cartridges that I cant use. Very dissatisfied and disappointed how this works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP is a great company and stands by their product I am well-stocked with black/color cartridges because I had to buy one when I was totally out of the multi-color cartridge. The purchased and new cartridge fit very easily. Not sure how the wrong one got shipped when I was due new cartridges.

Your self help computer system is unusable and you can't talk with a human being. I have this lovely HP printer scanner that I can't use until I have to buy another cartridge. I am on social security and don't have much extra money. I love your prices but not your service

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All in one at a great price The printer does everything: prints, scans, and copies documents. It also has wireless capability, so you can print from your cell phone or iPad. There is a wizard to help you with the set-up. I was all set up and good to go in about an hour. One caveat is that the scanning is manual. If you have multiple pages to scan, you have to set each one on the glass top one at a time, as the feed in the back is only for paper copies. But for small batches, it’s fine. The printer doesn’t take up a lot of space. It is a great buy!

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. hi. does this ink cartridge fit the hp deskjet 4122e printer?

Good question Hense. Whilst not stated in the imagery, we can confirm it is compatible with the HP DeskJet 4122e All-in-one model. The imagery on the website is an older image, and isn't updated with all models released. Hope this helps clarify!
