Superb Harvey Norman service
This product usually meets my expectations as I've been using it for several years - however this time, the company/store service was well above expectations. My original online order was short of 1 paid for HP 905XL black ink cartridge when it arrived by courier. When I asked the store if this could be checked - this was done ultra efficiently, within a short timeframe and the ink cartridge despatched straight away - so it arrived the following day (today).
