What is the highest GSM paper it supports besides 80GSM? Does it come with ink? If there’s a problem, how do we get it sorted under warranty?

Hi Gigi, the printer typically comes with up to a year’s worth of ink, depending on usage. Black ink (LC436XLBK) is at 78% (approx. 4,680 pages), colour ink (LC436XLC/M/Y) is at 39% (approx. 1,950 pages). The recommended paper weight for standard trays is 80gsm, which is standard office paper.
