It says the camera can be used for video chats but I can't find any video chat apps?

Great question! Pebble Gear tablets come with access to the GameStore Junior app store, which offers a selection of games, apps, and eBooks for kids. You will be required to compatible chat apps from Gamestore Junior app; however, it may not allow social media or messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Messenger, or similar platforms. Hope this helps^RR

With Parental control, are you able to set up a parental lock for every item they would like to download onto the app for the parent to approve prior to the child being able to download? Eg. Decline request to download kids youtube? Thanks

No, the Pebble Gear GameStore Junior does not require parental approval for downloads as the apps within it are pre-selected and curated specifically for children, meaning parents do not need to individually approve each app download, are safe to use, and do not have in-app purchases!
