Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great cover, great quality and fits perfect. It's easy to get on and off and is a good addition to have for your hot tub. Would 100% recomed this cover. 1 thing though I think there should be 2 zip flaps where the pipes go. The 1 that comes with it when no pipes are connected and 1 with holes in for when the pipes are connected just to give it that little extra insulation. You can still use the zip flap with the pipes in but it won't zip all the way round. I still give this cover 10/10 as the zip cover is just a personal preference and doesn't affect the cover.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works as it should, would recommend! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to use with the Helsinki model. As it mentions in the description it is a little short for the Helsinki model, opted for a snug fit rather than go the larger size and have it baggy. Performance wise it seems to be effective. In the recent warm weather circa 23+ deg and with the heat off it drops approx 2deg in 24hrs from 35deg. In cooler days circa 15deg it looses approx 4deg over 24hrs. Positive this will reduce our running costs as it allows us to switch off the heater until a few hours before use, so far would highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent effective thermal cover. Easy to use. This thermal cover is astonishingly effective. I measured the temperature of my paving slabs in recent cold weather and the top of the cover and there was very little difference. The floor was 1°c and so was the cover while the water was 37°c . I resisted buying the cover as I thought it would a pain to take on and off and we use the tub daily. It's easier to use than trying to do the clips on the normal cover. As the clips are too hard for our aged arthritic hands (excellent child safety) I've had to struggle with closing it fully when I'm expecting stormy weather, and also had to empty water out of the tub after heavy rain. With this thermal cover I no longer need to do that. Highly recommended.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Whilst it improves the thermal efficiency of our Barbados spa, I feel that if the covers outer material was a darker colour, for example black to absorb more of the daylight and therefore convect more heat into the spa. Also I think that the fastening clips around the pump is difficult to fasten and undo, and it might be better to have an elastic skirt around the base to keep it in place. Otherwise an improvement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good quality product. Fits our Barbados hot tub perfectly. I think it certainly helps with speeding up the heating process as we managed an increase of 7’C in just over 2 hours. The water is also holding it’s temperature quite well too when we turn the heater off only losing 1’C over a couple of days. We use the tub all year round (in a summerhouse) so the real test will be in the winter months!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This product is brilliant! Highly recommend it especially with the current high costs of electric. This cover keeps the temperature in! I only rated it 4 stars due to the zip area. It would be better if it had holes in the bit that unzips so it stays on the heat pump and you can then just unzip and lift off. Its a faff to fit around the pipes when putting on and off. Otherwise 5/5 from me

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very overpriced for what it is; fits ok, but then only has 1 strap to secure which is inadequate to keep it from sinking in. ALso lets water through and there's notears in it. For the price you pay you''d epxect it to be perfect, but it's far from. Plus they shot the price up on it recently. Wouldn't recommend unless they lowered the price and improved the design/ made waterproof.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Small is still far too big The cover is very big, it doesn't fit snuggly at all. I don't really think its saving me much money. I'm keeping my eye on the smart meter, but it doesn't seem to make much difference as the cover is too big. I have it on a Vancouver.
