Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the monitor but not the setup with a Mac [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is great however the specs indicate it is compatible with a Mac OS X however I cannot get the camera to work as it requires SmartControl software that does not run on a Mac.....go figure

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great screen, poor USB hub and webcam I love the screen, but the USB hub and built in webcam leave much to be desired. The hub restarts periodically throughout the day and loses connection to the mouse and keyboard. The camera - in a word - sucks, and the mic is essentially non-operable. Only buy this as a monitor, I'm going back to my old webcam and USB hub.

The camera and microphone are not compatible with windows 11. If they made an update to windows 11 it would have gotten a 5 star rating

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great screen, great price, sound not so great This is a great screen but as with most monitors the sound is terrible. The webcam worked fine. Would recommend installing the SmartControl utility from the Philips website as it makes live easier. Also be aware you need a good graphics card for the highest resolution+60Hz refresh rate, my i9-13900 UHD770 (build into the CPU) can only handle 30Hz.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Virtually useless. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Speakers are pitiful. I'll soon add some standalone speakers to improve audio. The mic never worked with any program so I had to add an external mic so the monitor I purchased because it was an all-in-one is nothing more than a monitor with an average at best webcam. I've had to set the monitor on a forward tilt to get the webcam to keep me in proper frame on video calls.
