Better KVM switch, better camera with busy light
I was able to FINALLY get a hold of this Model shout out to B&H Photo Video Audio! This was the 49" superwide business monitor I had been waiting to get a hold of. I had purchased the 499P9H/27 October '24 and was highly disappointed in that it was incompatible with a docking station purchased and the monitor keep blacking out like it was unplugged for some reason. Then the KVM switching was cumbersome. This model has the superior camera with the busy light, headphone hook, and more USB access (both USB A and USB C, no USB-B though). I have had this model for just under a month and am quite happy with it. The 499P9H/27 model is going to the basement home office.

Great device with one pitfall
The monitor works great with my PCs & Laptops. One Laptop (WIN11) used only USB-C for charging, picture, mouse and keyboard. The others (WIN10) use HDMI / DP port for the picture and USB-C for mouse & keyboard.
The display stand is very stable and the display has a really good brightness and color. The left USB ports are easy to reach and very usefull to charge my devices. These ports are switched off when I switch of the monitor to save power.
Unfortunately cou cannot configure the KVM trigger to a different key. Pressing three times the CTRL key within some seconds happens quite often during my day. Then the monitor switches to the other input even when nothing is connected there. Configuring the KVM to a different key would make it perfect.
I do not produce videos but the microphone and the speakers are really good for web conferences in MS Teams. The auto frame of the camera workes fine in most cases. Unfortunately the AutoFrame notification (small black box) cannot be turned off without turning off the whole feature. The mic works clear and the echo cancelation works good.
