I am quite disappointed with HP that your company continues to price your ink cartridges so high that I am paying about the same price for this 2-pack (of Black/Tricolor cartridges) as I originally paid for the printer itself. It's like buying the printer over & over each time I need new ink cartridges! I am also unhappy with the volume of tricolor ink. I know it probably costs more to produce, but at prices like this your company can afford to be more generous with your goods!! For these reasons, I am thinking of replacing my hp printer with another brand, one that has good quality products & does NOT charge an arm & a leg for the ink!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing but problems with the Photosmart D110 After experiencing problems with re manufactured ink cartridges, I purchased the HP brand cartridges on May 22. These cartridges worked well for about two weeks before my Photosmart D110 again stopped cooperating. The display on my printer reads " At least one of the Cartridges has a problem". I have followed the instructions found on HP forums that suggest cleaning the contacts with deionized water, powering off the unit, etc. without resolving the issue. At this point, I am unsure of what else to do. HP forums suggest that this is a somewhat common issue for the HP Photosmart D110.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good product, worked fine Good procuct, worked fine. A litte bit high price, but was OK. I actually worked for HP, but not in the printer division. So far, HP printers are the best.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from All You Wanted to Know About HP Ink But Were Afraid to Ask The items in question work as advertised, albeit rather costly. The vendor includes a postage-free mailer to return the used cartridges. This suggests that they recondition then resell the product. Don't know the longevity of the ink supply as I acquired the printer for no money from a Reuse & Recycle Day we did here in Glens Falls, NY. It seemed to work OK but I hesitated to buy new cartridges due to their high cost. Seemed a gamble as to the "longer-term testing" of an old printer, but finally bought some. So far, so good, but I will further report as to the real "value" of "pages per dollar" in subsequent submissions. I have, with other manufacturers, bought refill-your-own kits in an effort to save money. Probably a better approach!
