We received next to no communication after we payed online so we didn't know if the order had been received or the product sent. We had to wait in faith. But it arrived in good time and well packed. The fridge itself is impressive, better then expected for the price. It's big! But light enough for me to carry on my own, unlike our old Engel. It seems easy to operate and cooled down quickly when we plugged it in. Can't wait to do a roadtrip now and see how the fridge performs. But so far very happy

We plugged the fridge into the car for the drive down and back and during the 5 days we were camping and everything remained nice and cold and fresh. Easy to clean and not too heavy when full to lift. Size was also good for storing several days of food for a family of 4.
