They txt me and I was 2 mins away and they decided to do another delivery in same area but as I was just around the corner they came back. Harvey Norman has a reputation for back up service so if I have problems I’m sure they will address them. So I’m happy.

Hi could you tell me what assembly is needed

Hi Jenz, the treadmill comes mostly pre-assembled. You’ll just need to attach the upright posts, connect the console and wiring, secure the handrails, and insert the safety key. An Allen key is included, and you’ll need a screwdriver. Full instructions are in the manual.
