Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good looking board The ironing board is of good quality and design but is only suitable for people who want to stand up while they iron. It is too tall if you want to sit down on a normal height chair to do the ironing. It cannot be adjusted to a lower level, just the average height for someone to stand and iron. Unfortunately I cannot stand for too long as I have arthritic knees. I think the construction of the board is outstanding and the ability to hang it up is really useful. I am however going to have to buy an adjustable stall to be able to use it. I also found lowering the board a bit tricky and not as easy as my old one.

I have sent two emails and an online contact us form to try and resolve this, unfortunately I am not getting any response which is very frustrating. I expected better. I am reluctant to send it back as it’s good quality, lightweight and it’s a good size. Product overall is great, customer care needs improvement.

Rises smoothly and very sturdy and great range of heights . we are a tall family and the highest setting is perfect. Also no black marks from rubber feet, folds neatly, hangs completely flat on wall (hook supplied). It’s the best ironing board you can buy.
