  • To use, simply add a capful to the bath or smooth over the body before showering. There is enough oil for approximately 20 experiences. Follow with appropriate body wash and moisturiser if required.

Once I found out how to use them though.....love them. The support breathe is what I'm using just now as I have had a couple of colds. Breathing this in and massaging around chest and shoulders is so comforting. Love that it's not another olbas oil type of thing, this is much more subtle and the smell is lovely. My bedtime go to is deep relax when I don't need the support breathe but I have used all of these oils and just feel better having rubbed some on and breathed them in.

The blend has balance and strength without being overpowering. Perfect at the first sign of seasonal chills or a cold. I also find it a comforting alternative to Destress Muscle for aches and pains or post-workout.
