I don’t know how, but it is simultaneously super moisturizing and completely dry to the touch. It doesn’t leave any sort of residue or stickiness to the skin at all. Instead it soaks in immediately and makes your skin look smooth and moisturized. My skin loves it - it is so gentle and no fragrance, so perfect for sensitive skin. The jar itself is nice and heavy - I think glass coated with almost a ceramic like finish. Super minimalist and pretty on a vanity. It is absolutely a splurge, and definitely not a necessity, but if you have the cash to burn, it really is great.

It does what it claims, nothing more and nothing less- a surprisingly light consistency that absorbs quickly and leaves skin feeling plump, soft, and properly moisturized. Probably the biggest selling point for me is that it’s a perfectly neutral product- there’s nothing that might irritate your skin, no added scent, but as a result there are also no actives, which is perfectly fine as someone with sensitive dry skin. It’s just a moisturizer- a very good one- and as a result this proper moisture also addresses a lot of other skin concerns related to texture and irritation. A great solution if you need a solid hydrating product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Formula, Especially As The Final Step [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great texture since the formula does not have an added silicone ingredient to make it bouncy. (Silicone is like Saran Wrap for the face, which I strongly dislike.) From what I read in the ingredients, do not see silicone, so was relieved. I paired this with the STURM Super Anti-Aging Dual Serum. The combo was extremely hydrating with the right amount of thickness. I felt the lasting benefits of the cream as the moisture on my forehead felt far more plump than usual. If you can budget the brand, worth trying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Favorite Face Cream EVER! I have been using Dr. Sturm’s face cream for several years now and it is hands down my absolute favorite. I have tried others - some that are just as expensive, some that are more, and some that are cheaper, and none of them compare. Even the face cream light and face cream rich do not compare in my opinion. I love the way it feels going on to my skin. It is not greasy or leaves any kind of residue. I love how hydrating it is and it really plumps my skin. I will keep using this for as long as I can and always buy multiple jars when it is on sale.

It absorbs quickly and feels comfortable on the skin, leaving it well moisturized without any heaviness. The consistency is smooth and easy to apply, making it great for everyday use. I also really like the packaging — it feels heavy and premium, which adds to the overall experience. Rated 5 out of 5 by from It really is that good While not every Sturm product works for me and my skin, I cannot deny how spectacular the Face Cream is. The feel, the smell, the immediate softness and glow that it gives (and a small amount truly goes a long way; one jar can easily last 2-3 months) -- there's really nothing like it. I've tried to use other more affordable brands and I always come back to Sturm. The ingredients are simple but the formulations are perfect. I use this cream during the day, and the Night Serum and Super Anti Aging Night Cream (my absolute favorite) before bed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do you want to glow and feel your best [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hands-down, the best facial moisturizer I have ever used… I have been using this day and night and I cannot get enough of this product… The feel of this makes my skin so moisturize. The quality of the product is phenomenal and the packaging says it all about the value of this… The only thing I will say is the sample that I got I didn’t get all of the ingredients in this product. But I will say everybody has been telling me my skin is glowing and I think this is doing the trick
