Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best cleanser ever (and I've tried a LOT) This is the best cream cleanser out there. Rich, creamy, my sensitive skin loves it. Removes dirt and make-up and makes your skin feel "deep cleaned". As another user said, works best if you leave on for about a minute and then wipe off with a warm, damp flannel (provided with purchase). Genuinely can't say enough good things about this product, I heard they are discontinuing it and am devastated - hope it's not true!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favourite I've been using this for nearly 10 years. It's perfect for my dry, sensitive skin which doesn't react well to many cleansers. I'm so so disappointed it's discontinued and I'll have to go to another brand to try and find something similar.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not Happy Why have you stopped this cleanser?!!!! I have very dry skin - this has been fantastic. Lovely & creamy. I don’t want thick, gloopy balms - my skin feels prickly after using them & I don’t like the smell. There is nothing to replace it!

I used to not wash my face since my skin is so dry, all cleanser (even the supposedly soft water based ones) leave me with flaky skin that shows up in pictures and people can see easily. This cleanser, which I put in the the shower and use it once a day is perfect for me. No more dry skin. After my face is clean from this cleanser, I apply the Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream. My face has been great since I started using these 2 products together.

I have been using it daily for the past 5 years as a second cleanse in the evening and only cleanse in the morning. The most gentle cleansing yet hydrating and non-greasy formula. Love the fact it's not strongly scented and the big 200ml package lasts me a year. I hope you never discontinue it and if you ever do, I will make sure to restock for the next 50 years to come.
