Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reduced my rash within the week [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trial Team review I received this at the perfect time as I had a rash on my wrist and arms at the time. I had no idea why I had the rash. My skin was itchy, red, felt hot and it was creeping up my arm. After using this for 7 days, the rash was nearly gone. While the balm feels thick when you rub it in, it sinks quickly into the skin and you're left with soft and hydrated skin. It helped to reduce the itchiness and hotness that my skin was experiencing. The pump applicator is great and easy to use. I can't recommend this moisturiser enough, especially if you're dealing with itchy skin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hydrating & good for sensitive skin but very thick [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a big fan of La Roche-Posay skincare so I was excited to try their body balm. My first impression of the balm was surprise at how thick it is. This product would be too heavy to use in Summer. It has a pleasant mild scent and is very hydrating. It absorbed well without leaving any sticky residue. When applying at night my skin still felt hydrated the following morning. I often get dermatitis and eczema throughout Winter and found my skin didn't flare up or feel itchy while using this balm. Overall I would buy this balm again but probably not during the warmer months.

It is soothing on my itchy, sensitive, dry skin and didn’t exacerbate the skin irritation and helped to alleviate the discomfort. A little goes a long way with this cream, as it is so rich. There is a mild scent which reminds me of latex gloves but nothing too offensive. I like the packaging and pump system, it sits nicely atop my bathroom counter and doesn’t take up much space due to the sleek cylinder design. I have found this balm to be more effective than my previous hand and body sensitive skin moisturiser and would repurchase this product in the future.

I like that it’s a thick cream but doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy or sticky like a lot of body moisturisers do. It also has no scent which is great as it doesn’t irritate my skin. The packaging works well with the pump so I have more control of the amount I use, and the lock on the pump is a nice added feature. I would recommend this product to anyone with dry or sensitive skin, it would be a great product for people with eczema too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great soothing cream for dry skin [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For someone who has eczema, this cream I have to say has done wonders over a short period of time with easing the itchiness and flares ups of my dry skin. Particularly on my hands and arms/elbows. It's also great for the face too. The consistency of the cream is smooth yet thick enough to lather on body. While using it daily, I've noticed my skin has looked less flaky and felt more hydrated than before. The bottle pump is great with easy turn/top lock to stop the product from going everywhere when not in use. The only flaw I've noted with this is that I wished it had a nicer scent. Still would recommend this product for those who are looking for dry skin-soothing treatment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The La Roche-Posay Lipikar Baume AP+M Body Balm is a rich and creamy body moisturiser that is absolutely perfect for use during the colder months. The product itself comes in a large white bottle with convenient pump applicator with the typical blue and white branding that is synonymous with La Roche-Posay. The cream is thick and rich in texture but is easy to smooth into the skin. My skin seemed to absorb the cream easily and quickly which allowed me to get dressed sooner without having to wait for the product to dry/absorb in. The formula is also fragrance-free making it perfect for those with more sensitive skin. Overall, a fantastic product and I will be purchasing again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A perfect moisture for dry and sensitive skin [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] La Roch-Posay is a great company for people with sensitive skin, as their products are developed professionally by dermatologists. And this moisturiser doesn't disappoint. The great thing is that it's actually a balm and not a full on moisturiser, so you don't have to wait 10 minutes until you can put your clothes on. It's very nourishing yet light, goes on smoothly and I could see resultes within couple of days. I have very sensitive, dry skin and the balm didn't irritate my skin at all and kept it lush. The only downside is the smell, which is a bit iffy, but I guess it's just the medical aspect of it. Would highly recommend the body balm for anyone with sensitive or dry skin.

My hands have been so dry thanks to the extra handwashing and the amount of extra daily soap (thanks Rona) I also have dry patches around my nose caused by hayfever and this cream has been a god send. At first it stung just a little while you can feel the active ingredients working their magic. It has noticeable hydrated and softened the skin on my face arms and hands which are the areas I have been concentrating on. Would definitely recommend for anyone who suffers from dry skin. There is no smell and the think consistence means a little goes a long way, great value for money. No greasy residue and soaks in so quickly, it's feels sonice. Love it. Will buy again!
