Rated 4 out of 5 by from Oil Free and Alcohol Free Toner I received a 40ml sample bottle of Kiehl's Ultra Facial Oil-Free Toner along with the matching gel cream moisturiser. I am delighted by how gentle and effective this toner is on my mature, sensitive skin. In its sweet blue and white flip top lid bottle this soothing oil free liquid has no discernible fragrance but smells clean and fresh. It has a lovely refreshing and cooling effect on hot skin and effectively temoves leftover dirt, makeup and cleanser without irritation or a feeling of tightness. How it achieves such results with a feeling of comfort makes this a firm favourite warm weather toner. Recommended.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tonerific Some toner are notorious for stripping away the skins oils and over drying, but not this one. Skin didn't feel too taught, nor was it oily. However, it did feel slightly sticky Due to the imperata cylindrica root extract, it does have a smell that is slightly of fermented natural ingredients. However, it is only subtle Packaging makes me feel like this would fit right in with the medicine cabinet; which is perfect for Kiehl's branding as it was originally an apothecary.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! I have only just switched over to the Kiehls Ultra Facial Oil Free Toner and my previous toner had alcohol in it and was stripping my face of my natural oils. I have very oily skin so i needed a toner with my oil in it. Its been 3 weeks since ive used it and i have definitely seen a big improvement in my skin. Its very gentle but still removes all the dirt and makeup without stripping it dry. Very impressed

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Reduces oil on the skin Kiehl's Ultra Facial Oil-Free Toner is good for reducing the skins oil. It doesn't dry out the skin. It does have a slight scent. Its an alcohol free toner. I applied using a cotton pad. It removes any dirt and oil from the skin without removing moisture. It comes in a 250ml bottle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Sensitive Skin I stopped using toners a long time ago as I found them to be too harsh and drying for my sensitive skin. I had heard great things about Kiehls and really wanted to give them a try. I had enough serums ,cleansers and moisturisers at the time so the only thing left to buy was a toner from the range. I had never used a toner that was all natural and alcohol free so was quite excited to see how it worked for my skin. The Kiehls toner comes in a cylinder dark blue plastic bottle with a flip top lid. To use, you simply pour a little bit of the clear liquid on to a cotton makeup pad and wipe along cleansed face. I was surprised with how gentle this was! Basically odorless too! My skin felt cleaner,more refreshed after use and my serum and moisturiser applied and absorbed more effectively after using this. I love using this after cleansing as it removes any trace of makeup that my cleansing may not have on occasion and I feel assured that I am going to sleep with a completely clean face. This works so well for my sensitive, slightly oily skin. It tones,refreshes and balances whilst leaving my skin soft and smooth. No drying or irritation at all! Happy to find a toner I can actually use
