The brush didn't go through & it took me so long to finally get all the snarls out. The brush had a ton of hair in it afterwards. NOW, it is a cinch! No pain from my scalp throbbing and very little hair in the brush when I'm done. My hair stylist told me about you and I immediately ordered one. I love it!
