Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can't live without this one My search for the best brush to style my frizzy, kinky, curly hair (and now gray) is over. I found this great brush, purely by accident and have never been sorry. I had been getting by with other round brushes but this one seems to allow more air flow so my hair dries quicker. It doesn't have a metal or ceramic barrel, at least that I can tell, so it doesn't make my hair extremely silky and flat. It has a long barrel so I can dry wide swatches of hair at once. It works for both long and short styles. The handle is not a separate piece of the brush, like so many are. It doesn't unscrew when I'm tugging on it and fine hairs don't get stuck in the joint where the handle and bristle part meet. I'm buying a second brush so I'm covered if this one ever gets lost or falls apart, which I'm quite sure won't happen. It feels very sturdy. Bonus, it matches the detangler brush I've had for years.
