There’s no tugging or pulling—just smooth gliding through my strands. My curls were fully untangled and felt soft as they dried. The brush isn’t flat; it has a flexible, open-style design (almost like “fingers”) that helps it move through the hair easily. It’s very lightweight and comfortable to hold, which makes the whole process effortless. I don’t use it on dry curls since it creates too much volume, and it’s not recommended for blow-drying. But for wet/damp hair, it works beautifully. I’m really impressed and definitely recommend it!

It’s flexible, lightweight, and adapts really well to the shape of the head. The bristles are soft but firm enough to detangle without pulling or breaking the hair, even when it’s wet. If you have fine, damaged, or frizzy hair, this brush feels like a lifesaver — and yes, it definitely hurts less than others. I tested it on both wet and dry hair and it worked great in both cases. I also love the separated rows; they help the brush glide easily and make it super simple to clean. The handle feels comfortable and secure in the hand.

It is quite a hefty brush in my larger hands, so it might not be suitable for everyone. It feels really sturdy even though some of the “leaves” seem possibly out of alignment (unless that’s by design?). It helps my hair and scalp feel good, and seems to do a decent job of managing tangles, although it does catch on knots sometimes too. I wish this had a hole or something to hang up in the shower as it’s intended for use with wet hair, but beyond that, I look forward to continued use.

It is sturdy and works on both wet and dry hair without feeling like you're ripping your hair out. I have long natural wavy ringlet type hair medium grade so it can tangle and heavy brushing can make it frizz if its dry. This one works really well. My friend has long wavy baby fine hair and she has a sensitive scalp. She loves the brush. I bought a 2 pack for the value and the single because I got tired of my daughter grabbing mine all the time so she has her own now ( in a different color)

I have always been a big fan of wet brushes and they never disappoint. I have been using their brushes for a long time with my curly hair. Curly hair tends to get tangle very easy and I am also tender headed so brushing can hurt sometimes. I have had a great exelerince with this brush my hair gets brushed out really quick with pain free. Great product highly recommend their brushes that have different bristles tos help for different hair types. This brush does an amazing job with curly hair either wet or dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this brush complimentary from Influenster and Wet Brush in exchange for my honest review. My love for these wet brushes runs deep. Especially the ones shaped like this. They are the perfect shape for my scalp. I have long, extremely fine hair but have a lot of it. It tangles like crazy being this length and this brush goes through it with such ease. It's a bit heavy which makes it feel like a more quality product. The pink color is amazing and the leaf shape is so cute. I can't get enough. The fact that its made with plant fibers is amazing and I can't say enough about this brand and this brush.

I was intrigued by the Go Green Detangler, primarily because of the IntelliFlex bristles. I will absolutely say that these bristles are even better than those on all my other brushes. They glide through my hair so easily! The things I don’t like about the brush are the shape and material. The shape is a little awkward and the brush almost feels like it’s made with compostable material, which makes me wonder how long it’s built to last. Overall, I think I’ll stick with the traditional Wet Brush!

I got this free from influenster and wet brush for reviewing. I am so happy I was chosen after trying it out and that I get to keep! My first impression was: what a good looking design. It brushed through my hair so easily and fast. I thought it must be missing a bunch of hair, but when I ran my fingers through it, there were absolutely no tingles. Everything was smooth. When I brushed the hardest thing, most tingly spot on the top of my head, I surprisingly had no hassle at all. This is my new favorite brush by far.
