Rated 5 out of 5 by from best of both worlds Love! Can actually seel a difference after switching from a typical full of chemicals shampoo. I have fine, thin hair and my husband has thick, coarse hair and we both love it. It is free of all the chemicals that give the sudsy lather effect of most shampoos, so takes some getting used to. Hair and scalp feel so clean yet hair is soft and moisturized and it doesn't weigh down my fine hair. Smooths my husband's thick hair.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I really wanted to love it! I really wanted to love the nourishing hair care products. I purchased both the nourishing shampoo and conditioner. I read reviews prior to, and thought I knew what I was getting into. I've washed my hair about 5 times since receiving my shampoo/conditioner three weeks ago, and it just doesn't come clean. I've tried less soap, more soap, no conditioner, more conditioner, and no matter what I do, or how much rinsing I do, my ends feel sticky to the touch, and look greasy. My roots come clean, but I can't seem to work it through the rest of my hair. My order came with a sample size of the cleansing shampoo, and I like that slightly better, it's easier to work through my hair, but at the end of the day, my hair still feels sticky and looks greasy. I'm open to suggestions! I've read the directions over and over again thinking I'm just using it wrong, but nothing seems to be solving the problem.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wanted to love it Doesn't clean my hair. I've trusted this brand for a long time, and have many of their products. I can see that their intention was to create a natural and gentle product, but for me, it just doesn't work. I used it consistently for 4 weeks, and despite using heaps of it in each wash (because it doesn't foam up), my hair was always a bit sticky. I've given up now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this I noticed a real difference in the look and feel of my hair when I started using this shampoo. I have been using for 1 year now, and still happy every time I wash. It is not overly sudsy, but most natural shampoos are not. Once you get over the fact that you can clean without a head full of bubbles, you will love this!

One pump to coat hair, rinse repeat with a second pump activates this shampoo as natural it’s not gonna foam up without all the chemicals but the results are awesome. LOVE LOVE LOVE and my go to to repair my dry frizzy hair

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not clean hair While it is nice that it doesn't have chemicals, I bought this a month ago and my hair has not adapted well, it doesn't leave hair clean at all :( Suggestion: order a sample before ordering the whole bottle to see if your hair gets cleaned.
