Rated 4 out of 5 by from hardware store did not have the JT21 staples I needed, so I purchased this unit with the appropriate size staples. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The T55BL Steel Manual Staple Gun - T55BL was the most economic alternative to the T50 gun as it was more ergonomic for time consuming projects. I used the unit to re-cover a set of 2 folding chairs and a folding table that had damaged fabric. I was able to complete the project and am happy with the result. There was a delay in figuring out how to load the staples as I was accostomed to the rear load spring method and not the underneath channel method. Perhaps include instructions on the stapler as well as the stapler model. Overall satisfied with the purchase and will no doubt pass on the recommendation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hard to Load with Staples [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could not figure out how to load this stapler and couldn't find any instructions. When I tried to load it from the top as common sense would dictate, it just wouldn't load. Two of use couldn't figure it out but a third person turned it upside down and droped the staples in upside down from the bottom and it loaded and worked perfectly. Also I finally found a picture of loading instructions inside the cardboard inside the case. It would be nice to have had the loading picture more obvious - I lost three days figuring htis out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A slight upgrade of the regular T50 [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used many staplers over the years over a wide range of projects. Stapling up targets, insulation, manufacturing boat equipment, upholstery, etc. Arrow has never let me down in terms of their manual staplers and this seems to be no exception. By rights, this is a standard t50 with a fancy handle. Truth be told, I appreciate the coated handle, it keeps my hands from slipping when I am stapling a lot. The bonus, less repositioning and slightly less fatigue from choking up as your hand slips forward. Either way, it is a solid design.

I have been using Arrow Staplers and Arrow Staples since I was 18yrs old and now I am 64yrs old. I used to work in construction and when I was 18yrs old my Boss recommended that I get a Stapler to help Me put on tar paper for installing roofs and I purchased a Arrow T50 Staple and Arrow Staples. I have been using Arrow Staplers and Arrow Staples since 1978 and I am very pleased on the Quality and Heavy Duty Construction of All Arrow Products that I have used and purchased for My needs when only a Quality Product like Arrow Staplers and Arrow Staples will get the job done!........

I am particular about my tools and the cost and quality of tools. Purchased the T55BL for repairs of a mattress set and box spring prior to sale, replaced the mesh on the box spring using the T-50. The padding on the handle was a nice feature, as used two columns of the T-50 3/8th staples for the repair. The price was affordable with the quality construction of the T50. Would recommend the T-50 staple gun. Very good tool for your average DIY'er or handyman. Strong construction and ease of use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great piece of kit, reliable and just works [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having had a few cheaper staplers before that made our upholstering projects a pain, having multiple projects on the go meant it was time we stepped things up and got a proper staple gun. Having used the Arrow brand staples for ages it was a no brainer to get the matching Arrow staple gun and we're stoked with it. A solid piece of kit that just works with a nice easy action that has no issues driving staples through multiple layers of fabric into all kinds of timber. A great investment, has already saved us heaps of time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent for someone that lacks upper body strength! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The t55bl staple gun is really amazing. It is insanely easy to load, and the handle has a super comfortable grip. You don't need any arm strength to staple with it (my last one was a different name brand, and was hard to use). It's narrow design makes it easy to get into small spaces, too. I am using this staple gun while upholstering children's furniture, and so far I'm extremely impressed. Much better than the other major (and pricier) brand. It's sturdy, has a great value, and fits multiple staple sizes. I've switched between 3 sizes rapid fire today and it's never jammed, bent, or had any problem. Just make sure to use quality staples, and it's easy cheesy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for stapling chicken wire onto post to keep Turkeys out [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the strength & the rubber grip handle fits into my palm of my hand nicely with great grip. I used T50 HD 6mm staples to fir chicken wire onto posts to keep out Turkeys. It fired the staples with ease and they sat firmly into the wood. You can feel the strength of the stapler working when pressing the handle but it is still easy to use. This replace a stapler I had for 30yrs which was great but this one is even more so. I also like the T50 staples which did the job perfectly
