It was a different story with every enquiry! The bed took MONTHS to arrive. I had a really nice sales attendant, who said the bed would be 2 weeks, then a rude woman who said it would be 3 weeks, and told me when I ordered the bed (not what the date of my order email was!!)! The bed was another 4 weeks!

It says med to firm feel but is more towards firm. Others have said that it does soften up a bit after a while. Just feels very comfy. Having trouble keeping the kids off it as they are loving it too. Great price. Very happy

For us it is to go at a holiday home so ideal at this price point. Very impressed with HN communication and fast delivery - four days from order (on a Saturday, online) to delivery.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

Easy returns

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. Great question! Yes, they are available in 5cm by default but can be made to order in 10cm or 15cm heights. If ordering in-store, just let the team know of your needs. If ordering online, you can add this request in the 'add notes to order' section on our checkout page. Trust this helps! ^CO
