Insato Chairs
We brought Six of these chairs but unfortunately they do not last Three of these chairs have broken welds on the internal top rail of the chair back. We have had these chairs just three years and they look nearly as good as the day we purchased them all be it for the broken welds. Harvey Norman will not warranty them for anymore than twelve months. These are certainly not cheap chairs and we would have expected them to last a lot longer given that they are well cared for.

Delaminates badly - Avoid
These chairs are very comfortable and look good... until the fake leather delaminates and black flakes get spread everywhere. I would recommend this product if you like vacuuming and going out with black pleather specs stuck to your clothes. They lasted almost 4 years before we dumped these chairs and bought replacements which is a complete waste of resources.

Shocking these are still being sold!
I wish I could give these chairs a -5 For the cost it is disgusting how they wear. 4 of our chairs have barely been sat in as we do not spend our weekends at home. All 6 chairs have delaminated something shocking...literally crumbling away. I cannot believe Harvey Norman are still selling these chairs. For the price such a rip.off.

Do not recommend
Poor quality, the chrome legs are already showing signs of rust breaking through the chrome on the legs, Price expensive quality poor. Will be looking at replacing with alternatives. 6 months old.
