The only issue is that the clips that are supposed to hold the sections together un clip really easy. I'm forever pushing them back in. We have wooden floors. My friends brought the same couch & they have carpet, they don't have any issues

We’ve been paying this couch off for about a year now, and now Harvey Norman have put it on sale for $700 less than what we still owe. Based on this I’d say we overpaid and honestly will not shop there again because of this.

Have never had this experience with HN before - but this was one of the most frustrating purchases and a poor example of customer service. Otherwise - the sofa is great. Massive in size - so check the space you have - but super comfortable.

I'm not sure if I have done it correctly but when you line up and connect the nuts that hold it together, I doesn't hold well. Might be because I have wooden floors and easily moves but it is supper annoying!
