Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible fabric - pills from sitting on it. Upholstery is terrible, after a month it was all pulled. I emailed Harvey Norman Lower Hutt and more or less got told to suck it up. That the type of fabric it is made from, and nothing I can do.

Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store.
