• Some items may take longer if not currently in stock.
• Photo ID and your order confirmation are required at pickup.
• Only the person named on the order (or their nominated collector) can pick up the item.

Delivery Nationwide

We deliver to homes and businesses anywhere in New Zealand.
For in‑stock items, delivery is typically 2–5 business days.

Extra delivery information:

• Deliveries to Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, and Great Barrier Island may incur additional fees — please contact us for more details.
• Some Furniture & Bedding items may take 8–10 weeks, depending on availability or manufacturing time.
• Once your order is received, we’ll contact you within 24 hours with your expected delivery timeframe and to arrange a suitable delivery date.
