Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressed Not sure what I was expecting when the little box turned up on delivery day having unsuccessfully used another brand of ear phones in the past. Opened the box to find these new shape of ear buds, much more user (me) friendly, no trying to fix the buds into your ear drum, it was as easy as slipping them over the side of your ear lobe, easy as that! And the sound quality that comes out is just as you would expect from Bose - amazing! I used the headphones at first around the house to see if they slipped out of my ear (they didnt), used them when I took the dog for a walk again with no issues, as a final test I sued them in the gym to see how they coped with movement and safe to say the headphones passed all the tests. Well done Bose some headphones that actually work for me

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light weight and comfortable This was my second pair. I left the first pair in a rental car and the earbuds were never returned. Bose are the only earbuds that fit my ears. I also have the Sport Earbuds. The Ultras stay in my ears - even during exercise. It takes a few times to get them in position where they fit and sound the best. I can wear them for hours and I do not have ear pain. They are comfortable and light weight. When I wear while walking the background noise is perfect. I can hear cars and bikes behind me with the music volume lower. While in the gym and at home I do not notice any back ground noise at all. I have not used them during phone calls.

I previously had bone-conduction headphones that rattled by cheekbones and gave me a terrible toothache, but I loved the open-ear concept because I run and bike a lot. These are the perfect solution, and the sound quality is incredible. They are comfortable and stay securely on my ears even while jogging. They're also attractive and look like jewelry (I have the blue/purple ones). I already got a friend to buy these on my recommendation. My only caveat is that it takes a little learning to master the touch controls, which doesn't matter too much if you control everything from your phone.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Preventhearing loss.Stays on at gym.Bad for calls Had it for several months. Good sound, not much bass. I got open style so I wouldn't have hearing loss in my old age. They are comfortable and do not fall off when I'm working out or running. I'm able to ride a bike or run and still be able to hear outside noise. You will not be able to listen to music if there is a lot of ambient noise such as an airplane or at the gym if there's very loud music already playing overhead. I am not sure if mine is a dud but I have not been able to do any phone calls with the device. I can hear them but People on the other line cannot hear me when I'm on a zoom call or phone call. Hopefully version 2 is better

I bought two of these a month ago with “high” hopes and expectations based on a customers and industry expert feedback and our own brand awareness and experience with Bose products. We love all our other Bose headsets to included in ear and over ear styles. I wanted to give this a 4+ rating, but could not after just our first week using it. As with everything, there are pros and cons to a product that’ll define the overall review. Here are mine. Pros: unique and intelligent design, color options, spatial sound, easy to use. Cons: battery life, BT connectivity, loose fitting, falls off during activity, mic quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love them Love the feel of these. Literally feels like you’re not wearing anything, the sound quality is amazing and you can adjust the EQ to your liking! I was always a noise cancellation person but switching to these for the convenience was well worth it. I am an avid gym goer and these get the job done. Also, these just look sick on you, it’s like a nice accessory for style! Only thing is I can hear it have some connectivity bumps where the sound kinda distorts itself for a quick second but it’s nothing major and I’m keeping an eye on it. OVERALL, love the quality, sound, and comfort of these. AND FINALLY I LOVE THE SUNSET IRIDESCENT COLOR SO SICK
