Not a great startI've had these about 2 weeks and in that time I have never had both buds work at the same time. I've not been able to make any adjustments to any settings. The phone calls I have taken using the buds have not been great, with most people I am talking to asking me to repeat myself as they "couldn't quite hear".
Although I have happily had them in my ears as they are comfortable to use and light so I don't feel like I have something sat in my ear. The case they came in is brilliant, I have had other buds that kept falling out their case as it was just a flimsy box, but this case closes securely.

Mixed FeelingsThis is the first time I have wireless earbuds. I have slightly smaller ears than the next woman. My biggest issue is, it's hard to get them to stay in my ears without falling out. This is with all the adjustments of changing the cups and the ring thing. Thus I'm not getting the full effect of the sound quality and features (noise cancelling, etc.) of the bud. I do like the feature of only wearing one bud and having the functionality. I frequently only wear one for safety while running and other places.
If I could get them to stay in my ear on a consistent basis, they would probably be awesome!

Solid HeadphonesSo the packaging and presentation is pretty nice and feels like some effort was put into that.
The usb-c charging port is a plus but the included cable is so short, that the case is hanging in the air when charging it. You can still use your headphones while charging the case, which is pretty cool.
The magnetic closing mechanism on the case is strong, an the headphones themself also click in magnetically. No issues with that.
The form of the headphones took me some time to get used to, but the hold in the ear is good even when running or jumping.
Sound quality is fine for me but hard to describe.
Overall solid product, but a bit too expensive for the sound quality in my opinion.

I would not buy them againI was chosen to test these buds for some weeks.
When i had the box in my hands the first time, I really liked the packaging. It's designed nice and in a high quality.
The more I was disappointed when I tried them in my ears the first time. The sound was not as I imagined it to be. Bass was missing, and treble was too much. I tried some of the other sizes, but it didnt get better. The result was, that I didnt really use these buds during the testing time.
Anyways, the app is very good. The design is great, all features you need are included and found easily.
All in all: maybe it's just me, but i was kind of disappointed of the product, since I only had good experiences with JBL.

WowThese were easy to use comfortable and sound is amazing. The charge lasts a good amount of time too. I found the design a little bigger than I’m used too but they stayed put in my ear through gym and running. I found the clarity of music very wonderful. The noise cancellation worked brilliantly in a busy area with traffic they cut out the background hum and allowed the music to sound as it should.

DO NOT BUY UNTIL YOU READ THIS!!!I'm not writing a bad review on these headphones because the truth is that they are awesome, light weight, and work really well through Bluetooth from a fair distance but.... I read reviews where people said "jbl pure bass" is the same as "jbl signature sound" I promise you IT ISN'T. I love bass, always have even in my cars with subs. But these are not bass material. I had some other jbls before I bought these and those other ones said "pure bass" I trusted the comments and got these that don't say "pure bass" and I couldn't be more disappointed with my purchase. I turned my bass on the equalizer all the way up and ZERO BASS compared to my first JBL purchase. Quality sound these are good, not bass material at all though

I'm impressed with these budsI recently bought the jbl live nc+ and the app make changes by itself. If i choose a sound profile and close the app next time when i open it the app shows another sound profile active. Please solve that because i really like these buds, decent anc, deep bass and very loud headphones. I'm happy with them considering the price paid but please fix the app.

TerribleI've had these headphones for about 4 weeks now & was only able to use them about 4 times. Between keeping them charged & getting these to pair you'll never be able to pick them up and "just use them". I've been a JBL fan for YEARS and I've never been so disappointed. Sometimes 1 pairs and not the other. Sometimes the base unit is dead. Sometimes they charge unevenly. Sometimes they don't charge at all even when you have them plugged in all day. They've become a fixture on my nightstand rather than something I can use at the gym. Speaking of the gym, they only have 2 sizes for ear pads, neither of which fit my head.
If you can actually get them to work, the sound quality is great. I

Why does only one ear bud connect but not the other

We're here to help you with your JBL Live Free NC+ TWS. Please try to forget or unpair your earbud on your device, then manually reconnect both earbuds by pressing the button twice on the back of the charging case while the earbuds are inside the case (with the lid open). If the manual pairing did not fix the issue, forget/unpair the earbuds again and perform a factory reset. Please note that resetting the earbuds will wipe all previous settings and pairings made on the product. To perform a factory/hardware reset, press and hold the button on the charging case for more than 5 seconds next to the USB-C port. Next, try to manually reconnect them again with the same steps previously and pair the earbuds to your source device. If the troubleshooting steps fail to resolve the issue, please contact our customer support via our official website or toll-free hotline for further assistance.

I had a pair of JBL LIVE FREE NC +TWS earbuds and misplaced them. If I came across a pair of the exact same model, would they immediately connect to my phone under the saved pairing from mine - the JBL app is no longer installed.

You would have to perform a reset first. To perform a hardware reset of your earbuds, press and hold the reset button on the back of the charging case, next to the USB-C port. for more than 5 seconds. This resets the earbuds without restoring the settings to the factory defaults. Please remove/delete the old Bluetooth profile of your headphones before pairing and connecting. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support.

How do I know that my earphones are changing? No light is on. Also, how do I know that my case is being charged? And how do I make my case change my earphones?

Our JBL Live Free NC+ TWS has an LED light indicator on the charging case that indicates the earbuds are charging. You can charge the case by plugging it in using the included Type-C USB cable and any adapter rated 5V 1A.
