I hated the bud 3 as the fit just ment they kept falling out and wasn't comfortable to wear but I really loved well everything else about them the voice control new gestures and sound and bass was a clear upgrade. So I gamble hoping that having the ear buds was all I needed for to make these work and I was right. Brilliant headphones don't regret buying at all and I was a hug sceptic of the new look but it works

My New Bud-dies
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having only used wired headphones previously, I wondered if the buds would be worth the cost, but so far my experience has been very positive. I bought the silver colour and on opening the box they look very smart in a compact charging case. Set up on the phone was very straightforward. The buds fit well in my ears and I have to say the sound quality is great, especially with the noise cancellation, although the controls take a bit of getting used to. My only problem is that the charging case doesn’t seem to work on my wireless charging trio, appears to be charging but nothing’s happening - that’s a small niggle though, the buds charge pretty quickly using the cable. Overall, all good!

Update. ater using it over weekend i am blow away at quality of than and how almost u cannot feel than in ur ears. Once thing I am still learning is control media with touch! compare to buds pro 2 they are more tricky to control. Oh the side lights are bad as.. love it!!

Terrible! Do not buy
Always disconnects the Bluetooth during phone calls. Does not properly charge the headphones in the case unless carefully maneuvered into place. The battery life is barely acceptable. And the "AI voice recognition and noise canceling" works about as well as paper straws.
These headphones are an absolute waste of money and I've gone back to using my buds 2 + as they are better than these.
Also customer support for their hardware issues is non existent except for at your expense. Good luck if you get suckered into buying this junk like myself

Amazing; so much better than the older versions
I love the new buds3 pro. The sound quality is amazing! It's super comfortable and actually fit my ears properly unlike the older generation. It easy to connect across all my personal devices. Noise cancelling is superb, been using them nonstop throughout my flight, fell asleep with them in my ears that's how comfy they where. And the battery lasted the whole 18hr journey so can't complaint.

Disappointing Downgrade from Buds 2 Pro
Compared to the buds 2 Pro, these are worse in most ways:
- they don't fit my ears as well
- noise isolation is poorer
- sound quality is distinctly worse
- worst of all, the active noise cancellation creates a white noise effect that is clearly audible to me. It means everything I listen to comes with a loud hissing noise.
If you already have the Buds 2 Pro, give these a miss!

Another great product rom Samsung. The first thing I found different, from previous models, was how comfortable I found them straight out of the box. Notheavy in the ear or prone to slip out of the ear. The stems have also made the Buds Pro 3 well balanced and volume control and other functìons so much easier to use. Connecting to a Galaxy phone, such as my S24 Ultra, was a breeze. The sound quality is so impressive. I have all my 3 Buds lined up on my computer desk, and whenever I go anywhere I always reach for the Buds Pro 3.

Sound quality makes so much sense.
I love how it easily connects to my phone and the noise cancellation is very good. One thing I admire also is the sound quality. It makes so much sense not to talk about the battery life. This too is good. It feels comfortable wearing it. I highly recommend. I've always been a fan of Samsung and I worked with them years ago and still hope to get back if I have the opportunity.

I have followed all troubleshooting steps online and have cleaned the earbuds as instructed, but with no luck. It just seems like a massive design flaw.

The case very sleek and smooth open up and out come the buds love the new design it's nice to come away from the bud design. The controls on each bud work perfectly the swipe up and down for volume pinch to play and pause pinch and hold to to change active noise cancelling modes very easy and simple to use they are comfortable to wear are very secure. There the best ear phones I've had for making calls with in built technology help filter out other noise so the caller can hear you clear and loud. Battery life is decent aswell. Best around for the price range in my opinion don't miss out and grab your self a pair today

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro with my S24 Ultra for the past few days. The sound quality is excellent, with rich and clear sound in all situations. The noise cancelling works really well, being able to enjoy my own music/podcast without disturbance is lovely. I love how the buds know you are talking so automatically switch to allow ambient noise through. This works really well.
The charging case is excellent, giving many hours of of playback. The case charges quickly either using USB C or Qi wireless charging.
Overall, I'm very impresses with the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. They are an excellent alternative to what's already available. They also work really well with non Samsung Android phones.

Faulty Hardware, doesn't Charge in its case
I purchased the Galaxy Buds3 Pro and straight away they had connectivity issues with the Wearables app and im assuming hardware issues as they most often won't charge in its case. It's a let down, the sound and features are nice, although they tend to feel uncomfortable overtime. But overall a faulty product since receiving them.

I saw the buds at KX unpacked event. Very futuristic looking and strong design detail. The buds are light and fit well. I really like the casing and being able to see the charge levels easily. THe buds also light up on close which is a nice touch and gives confidence to the user that they are securely in the case and charging.

Looks nice and voice activated is fine, that's it.
Battery is extremely poor and anc is none existent, volume isn't loud enough,even with EQ settings.
Very disappointed from Samsung.
The fit isn't great, haven't tried charging the ear tips,as I heard they tear easy.
Need to return.

The galaxy earbuds 3 pro are great earbuds. From noise cancellation to sound,battery and quality its great. However, soon after 1 of the earbuds stopped charging. Eventhough I had cleaned the case the roght earbud does not want to charge. Now I can only use 1 which is why i have given 2 stars

So frustrating with uneven battery life
These buds is so bad. The battery life on R and L is never the same. Example R will sit on 70% then L will be on 23%. When I charge the case with buds in the case the whole night, the next morning L is 100% and R so flat it doesn't ever get picked up. So frustrating!!

The audio is brilliant, I love the different settings allowing the volume to quieten when some one near me is talking. Only problem I have is I have my tragus pierced on one ear and it comes up saying its a poor fit on my right ear. I have the smallest bar in and no fault of samsung its just not perfect fit for people with certain piercings. Other than that, I love it
